We spent the night in an empty apartment outside of Yokohama. Our friend was going to rent the apartment but at the last minute backed out but still had the key. So we had to sneak in in the dark and keep our voices to a whisper. It felt pretty subversive, like we were hiding out, but really it was just an apartment that we had the key for, but technically weren't supposed to be staying in.

Tokyo! April 25th

Ahh! Trying to lug a whole truck load of stuff through Tokyo on a Friday evening at rush hour from the airport, across the city, to one of the busiest crossings in Shibuya after spending countless hours travelling is the worst!

Long Time No See

So its been like 6 months since we last posted.
Here's a quick update.
Spent Christmas and New Year's at home in Newbury Park.
Went to Mexico for a month.
Came back to Newbury Park/L.A. for another 2 and a half months.
On April 24th, from L.A. to Tokyo.
Spent a couple days in Tokyo, then a night bus down to Okayama.
Home here in Soja for a couple days.
Drove down to Aso in Kyushu for the Niji No Misaki Matsuri (Rainbow Festival/Space Childrens' Gathering.
Back to Soja. Running around doing this and that...
